The Vincorion webshop is managed by Kandinsky Deutschland GmbH.
Tracking
The ordered promotional items will be shipped to the address stored for you after the order is received, and you will automatically receive a tracking notification.
Minimum order value
Please place orders in reasonable commercial quantities. A reasonable minimum order value starts at 150 euros.
Delivery
As a rule, the goods will be shipped within 2–4 working days.
Invoice
The invoice for your order will be sent exclusively by email to the billing address you have provided.

For complaints about your delivery or the items themselves, please contact Kandinsky at vincorion@kandinsky.de, they handle all processes related to the shop, item reorders, etc. on our behalf.
